As a specialist in tech recruitment, Findr partners with startups, scale-ups, and established companies across Germany to find the right people for the right jobs.

The Findr Advocate Program is a way for experienced professionals to help shape the future of hiring. By referring Findr to companies that are hiring tech talent, our advocates open the door to new relationships—and earn a share of the revenue we generate from those partnerships.

You’ll be helping companies scale with top-tier talent while earning rewards for simple introductions. No heavy lifting required—just your network and a willingness to connect people.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We’ve learned over years in recruitment that introductions are powerful. People trust people—and when someone in the industry recommends us, it accelerates trust and impact.

As a Findr Advocate, you introduce us to companies that have current or future hiring needs. If your introduction leads to a signed agreement, we’ll deliver our usual high quality recruitment service and share a percentage of the revenue we earn with you.

You can get involved as much or as little as you like. Some Advocates refer one or two companies per year. Others build an ongoing pipeline of introductions. It’s flexible, low-pressure, and designed to fit around your life and work.

WHAT'S THE REWARD?

Once we make the first successful placement with a company you introduced, you’ll receive 10% of the revenue from that placement.

For all subsequent revenue generated from that company over the next 12 months, you’ll continue to receive 5%.

Payments are made within 14 days of us receiving payment from the client.
